About the Apprentice Academy
The aim of the Academy is to work with employers and individuals in the development of Employability Skills. The Academy will run a Pre-Employment Skills Programme designed to support young people and prepare them for a future Apprenticeship programme.
The Apprentice Academy will provide young people with the skills they require to secure employment through an Apprenticeship, and secondly to enable employers to ensure their future employees have the specific skills they need by influencing the Colleges curriculum that is delivered to the Apprentices.
