Sales and Telesales
Telford College offers a range of qualifications for those employed across the full spectrum of sales and telesales roles. Our aim is to provide cost effective development which unlocks individual capabilities.
Qualifications are available at Level 2 for aspiring and practising sales executives and advisors: Level 3 qualifications are offered for sales managers and senior sales executives. The qualifications are usually awarded through City & Guilds, so are nationally recognised.
Apprenticeships are offered at Level 2 and 3 and comprised an underpinning knowledge qualification, known as a Technical Certificate, an NVQ Certificate and Key Skills in Literacy and Numeracy.
