"Thanks to the support we've had from Telford College, and the calibre of the apprentices we've welcomed so far, we're now actively recruiting another candidate to become part of the Henshalls family. ''

"Your staff has delivered excellent results through sheer hard work, earning the respect of both the workforce and management as professional trainers/facilitators. I am well aware that they sometimes faced considerable resistance but always won people over carrying them forward and positively. They should also be congratulated for always being very willing to go the extra mile in terms of extra hours and flexibility to achieve the positive results that they deserved. Great job done by all - well done!''

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all your staff for their excellent work, support and sheer hard work with our Trust candidates and equally with me. This does not go unnoticed and we are all extremely grateful. We all need positive feedback and I certainly sing the praises of all concerned for their dedication, I love having them on site, they are part of our family too. Our partnership has spanned many years and I look forward to the future too with you. ''

I can confirm that the functional skills tuition that has been delivered by TCAT... has been beneficial to both individuals and the business. I would like to thank the tutors who have accommodated our varying shift patterns with minimal impact on our production.

We have a variety of nationalities on site and many wanted to improve their written English skills... and has also encouraged them to apply, successfully, for different positions within the company. It has increased our pool of internal candidates and has allowed otherwise competent individuals who had been unable to demonstrate sufficient literacy/numeracy skills to progress."
