Following his recent death, Telford College Staff and Students pay tribute to the work done by our Head coach Derek Mann – we send our condolences to his family. (January 2007)
The college runs five sides at differing levels of competition, with coaches Iain Sankey, Andy Thompson and Chic Bates.
We now have a strong female squad (see photo gallery) who will be competing in a West Midlands academy league.
The First XI represent AFC Telford United in Midland Floodlit League and many players progress to play for the AFC Telford Mens reserve side. The elite side also play in the FA Youth Cup.
Now housed in the new Sports complex Sport TCAT players have access to state of the art facilities e.g. fitness suite, all weather pitches in the Super Dome and Six court sports hall to train in.
